CMOD 3 Updating error

i launched cmod 3 it downloaded css succesfully after that it wants to update 300mg but didnt download any thing
i have internet but when it want to download show 0kb net speed
after few minuts show me an error try launch cmod as administore and under that its error updating

i start it alwas as administore
sorry for my bad engish i hate it

Try installing it in separate fresh folder.
