My cursor doesn't go over my crosshair

Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. The cursor is in the middle. I can play the game but I cannot focus because of the cursor. Alt + tab, press esc twice, no program running in the back. Can you help? I have not experienced this problem with other setups.

recently this problem surfaced due to installed skins. alas, I could not reproduce the problem and forgot about it.

I downloaded the csgo skins without playing too much, now it is installed. I don't know if it's because of that. I hope everything will be better.
